Summary

SEU (Saudi Electronic University) is a project that contains 2 parts:

( Registration Guid Website + Student registration Dashboard ).

Task

The Website aims to give informations about the university and help students to make a registration easier.

The Dashboard aims to give the students the possibility of registration in the university.

Solution

At the beginning of the project, we conducted a UX study. We analyzed the user needs and compiled a list of functions that the website needs to perform the main tasks of users.

The website should help student to learn about the university programs, enrollment conditions, timeline, registration steps and many more. So it will contain a detailed section about every situation and full information about all the programs and faculties.

‍

The Dashboard should help student register easily to any program they want. So once the student create an account on the platform, he/she will have to create a profile that contains the main information required to start an application, then he can choose easily any program apply for it.

The student also have the ability to track his application status and details.
